My primary areas of expertise are Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. I also have extensive experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, Platform SSO, Android Enterprise and Samsung Knox. My work covers the entire process, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, documentation, handover and ongoing optimisation.

Throughout my career, I have worked with both cloud-based and hybrid environments, as well as organisations where security, operational stability and user experience must be carefully balanced. I focus on understanding the wider context in which a solution must operate, rather than looking at a technology in isolation.

As a consultant, I take a thorough, structured and holistic approach. I am comfortable challenging existing requirements and assumptions when doing so can lead to a simpler or more sustainable solution. At the same time, I place great importance on clear communication and on making complex technical subjects understandable to technical specialists, decision-makers and users alike.
